BOUNTY BOARD.
| BOUNTIES. Welcome to the Bounty Board! This is where you can find tasks or sidequests that your character can take on. These can range from simple fetch quests to complex puzzles that require inter-player coordination. And there will definitely be rewards. To accept a bounty, simply comment to it and state the characters who will be undertaking it. Then, submit a thread of your characters completing the mission before the deadline, and the mods will reply with your reward. Bounties that have closed will have their comments frozen. Players can also post their own bounties, under the comment header of the month they are submitted in. The form to use is below! Asking around the city would reveal that there is a theatre troupe in the city named the Wisecrackers who have been performing one of the nation's traditional plays every month. However, it seems like one of the lead actors had been stricken heavily with flu, missed work, and was thus barred from taking leave until she finished her current project. Following their mentor's lead, several of the other members have called off rehearsals to wait until everyone's schedules are clear.
Hibiki will need to:
1. Locate the lead actor (Cerise Tialys) and where she works
2. Convince or assist the lead actor (and a few of the other troupe members) in securing leave days to practice their performance
3. Help out with costuming and other administrative needs.
You need not thread out all three objectives completely to finish the bounty, only one thread (of one of the objectives) needs to be submitted. However, feel free to thread out as many as you like.
Hibiki could use another character's help to snoop around and/or write long eloquent letters about the importance of the arts to the higher ranking members of the Tesseract. Once you have found a partner, let us know (along with which objective you would like to thread out) and we'll give you more details. o/

Question, though: is Cerise's participation necessary to get the others interested, just so I know? Hibiki's first solution to "the lead actor is not here" will likely be "okay, then, I'll play their role".
